Jerome Villagarcia Aler was born on October 19, 1988 in Daet, Camarines Norte, Philippines. He finished Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English at Camarines Norte State College and further acquired his Master in Language and Literature degree from Ateneo de Naga Univeristy. He is a full time Instructor at Camarines Norte State College: Entienza Campus and is about to pursue his Ph.D. in Literature soon.
